PREDICT SIX

Frequently asked questions

The daily prediction game — six yes/no calls a day, resolved every evening.

What is Predict Six?

Predict Six is a free daily prediction game. Every day you get six yes/no questions about real events — sports, markets, politics, culture, discovery, and world news. You lock in your calls, and each evening the questions resolve against what actually happened. Your accuracy, streaks, and rank build over time, and you can play head-to-head against friends.

Is it free?

Yes — completely free to play, on the web or the iPhone app. There are no paid tiers for gameplay.

Is Predict Six gambling or betting?

No. There is no real money anywhere in the game — nothing to deposit, nothing to wager, nothing to cash out. Coins are an in-game score you earn by playing, spendable only on cosmetic customizations. If you're looking for a prediction market, that's a different thing — see how Predict Six compares to prediction markets.

When do questions resolve?

Most questions resolve after 5 PM Eastern each day, and the evening reveal walks you through your results. Some questions (like "will this movie cross $100M this weekend") take a few days — they resolve when the real world answers them.

What happens if I get one wrong?

Nothing bad — the future surprised you, that's the game. Your accuracy is tracked over your whole run, and being right about the future often enough is the whole flex.

How do streaks work?

Answer your six every day and your streak grows. The playable day rolls over at 3 AM Eastern, so night owls are safe. Miss a day and a streak save can rescue you — once per month.

Can I play against friends?

Yes — that's the heart of it. Invite a friend to a head-to-head game: every week, Sunday to Saturday, whoever makes the most correct calls takes the week, and your all-time rivalry record builds. Head-to-heads grow into groups, and groups into teams.

What is the Ladder?

Predict Six's rank system: six ranks from ROOKIE to LEGEND. Coins you earn fill each rank's steps, and every promotion also asks for deeds — streaks, wins, bringing friends in. The Ladder can't be climbed alone, and LEGENDs get numbered physical merch that can't be bought.

Who writes the questions?

An editorial pipeline drafts them daily and every question states exactly how it will be judged before you answer. Resolutions are checked against real-world sources, and every resolved question is public.

What is the Predict Six Index?

A weekly scorecard of how well the whole community predicted the week — the crowd's accuracy, published every Sunday.

Do I need the app?

No — play instantly on the web, no account needed to start. The iPhone app adds push reminders, the full social game, and the daily reveal experience.
